CLEANING SEWERS AND DITCHES WITH AN MTS SUCTION EXCAVATOR
Ditches, sewers and rainwater retention basins are usually difficult to access. Instead of using conventional construction machinery to remove sludge and transport the material by truck, this can be done much faster, more efficiently and with less damage to the soil using an MTS suction excavator.

The suction hose of the DINO suction excavator from MTS can be extended to reach even remote areas. Its high suction power effortlessly handles sludge, grass cuttings, smaller floating debris, driftwood and waste up to 250 mm in diameter and deposits it directly into the DINO container. Within a very short time, culverts or rainwater retention basins, for example, can be desludged and returned to their original use.
Depending on the model, the containers of the DINO suction excavators hold between 3.5 and 12 m3. These can be raised and tilted hydraulically for large-scale cleaning operations. The collected material can be emptied into watertight sludge and drainage containers for transport by truck. The suction excavator can then resume operation with minimal downtime.
